EPLA Reaches All 50 States with Free Miscarriage Care Kits

The Early Pregnancy Loss Association has now distributed miscarriage care kits across all 50 United States, marking a major milestone in our nationwide effort to support women and families experiencing pregnancy loss.

“This milestone is incredibly meaningful to us,” said co-founder and corresponding secretary Emily Carrington. “What began as a small, local effort has grown into something far-reaching. It’s a powerful reminder that families everywhere need support during pregnancy loss, and we are honored to be able to provide it.”

In just the first seven months of 2026, we have already distributed more than 800 miscarriage care kits completely free of charge to women and families nationwide. 

Each miscarriage care kit is thoughtfully assembled to support both the physical and emotional needs associated with pregnancy loss, offering comfort during a deeply difficult and isolating time. Since 2018, the EPLA has distributed more than 6,000 kits.

“Our goal has always been to make sure no one feels alone in their loss,” said Maria Servold, president and co-founder. “Every kit represents a family we care about. Reaching all 50 states shows just how great the need is, and we are grateful to continue expanding this mission.”
